John Ozcomert (Oz)
John was an avid high school player, having migrated to saxophone from clarinet in middle school, and played in concert band, marching band, jazz band, and several all-city groups in his hometown of Stamford, CT, as well as in the orchestra of locally produced musicals.
In college he took a break from playing that would last 22 years, picking it back up to play with a number of bands in Wisconsin and Illinois performing blues, rhythm and blues and smooth jazz. John's glad to be groovin' with Woody and the Wildcats.
